<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">پیشینه و هدف</span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""> مراقبت پرستاری از دسترفته اخیراً بهعنوان یکی از شاخصهای مهم برای ارزیابی کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری و ایمنی بیمار شناخته شده است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان مراقبت پرستاری از دسترفته و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دوران همهگیری کووید-۱۹، از دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان، ایران، در سال ۲۰۲۰ انجام شد.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin"">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""> در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، تعداد ۲۲۰ پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای رفسنجان با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته مراقبتهای پرستاری از دست رفته و پرسشنامه عوامل مرتبط با مراقبتهای از دست رفته جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""> نسخه ۲۲ و با استفاده از آزمونهای واریانس، من-ویتنی یو، تی مستقل و کروسکال-والیس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

This study aims to determine missed nursing care and its associated factors during the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspectives of nurses working in hospitals affiliated with Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences, Iran in 2020.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">Materials and Methods</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">: A total of 220 nurses working in Rafsanjan hospitals were selected to participate in this descriptive cross-sectional study using convenience sampling. Data were collected using the missed nursing care questionnaire self-administered and a related to factors associated with missed care. SPSS software version 22 was employed to analyze the data with the use of variance, Mann–Whitney U, independent t-test, and Kruskal-Wallis.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">Results</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="color:black">: The mean age of the nurses was 31.60±6.35 years. The mean score of missed nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic was determined to be 25.48 ± 5.78, which was lower than the questionnaire's mean score of 52.5. Nurses identified the factors associated with missed care to be "fear of family infection," "staff’s physical fatigue," "high patient workload per shift," and "lack of psychological and emotional support by the organization". Additionally, a significant relationship was found between the type of ward and missed nursing care (<i>p</i>=.007).</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

Decreasing caregivers' workload could also help reduce the factors contributing to missed nursing care.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
