en مقایسه زمان وقوع و علل گزارش‌شده طلاق پیش و پس از همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹ در میان پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های منتخب شهر تهران، ایران Comparison of the timing and reported causes of divorce before and after COVID-19 pandemic among nurses working in the selected hospitals of Tehran, Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: طلاق پدیده‌ای چندعاملی است که تحت تأثیر تعامل عوامل اقتصادی، روان‌شناختی، بین‌فردی و خانوادگی شکل می‌گیرد. پرستاران ممکن است به دلیل شیفت‌های کاری نامنظم، ساعات کاری طولانی و مواجهه مستمر با استرس‌های شغلی، بیش از دیگران در معرض تعارض بین کار و خانواده قرار گیرند. همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹ نیز فشارهای شغلی، روان‌شناختی و اقتصادی واردشده بر این گروه را تشدید کرد. هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه زمان وقوع طلاق و علل گزارش‌شده آن در میان پرستاران، پیش و پس از آغاز همه‌گیری کووید-۱۹ بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقایسه‌ای با مشارکت ۱۲۸ پرستار مطلقه شاغل در ۱۳ بیمارستان منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد. بیمارستان‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مربوط به ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و شغلی شرکت‌کنندگان و همچنین علل گزارش‌شده طلاق، با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند. دو گروه مورد مطالعه از نظر عوامل منتخب مرتبط با طلاق با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. یافته‌ها: از میان ۱۲۸ پرستار مطلقه، ۴۳ درصد پیش از همه‌گیری و ۵۷ درصد پس از آغاز آن طلاق را تجربه کرده بودند. پیش از همه‌گیری، بی‌توجهی همسر به زندگی خانوادگی، با فراوانی ۴۱٫۸ درصد، شایع‌ترین علت اصلی گزارش‌شده طلاق بود؛ درحالی‌که پس از آغاز همه‌گیری، مشکلات مالی با فراوانی ۵۳٫۴ درصد در رتبه نخست قرار گرفت. میزان نارضایتی از روابط جنسی از ۵۸٫۶ درصد پیش از همه‌گیری به ۸۲ درصد پس از آغاز آن افزایش یافت (p = 0.002). همچنین، گزارش عوامل اقتصادی از ۸۲ درصد به ۹۴٫۵ درصد افزایش نشان داد (p = 0.003). خشونت کلامی از سوی همسر نیز توسط ۳۷٫۵ درصد از پرستاران پیش از همه‌گیری و ۳۷ درصد پس از آغاز آن گزارش شد (p = 0.008). نتیجه‌گیری: در میان پرستاران شرکت‌کننده در این مطالعه، الگوی علل گزارش‌شده طلاق در دوره پیش از همه‌گیری و پس از آغاز آن متفاوت بود. پس از آغاز همه‌گیری، عوامل اقتصادی و نارضایتی از روابط جنسی برجستگی بیشتری پیدا کردند؛ درحالی‌که بی‌توجهی همسر به زندگی خانوادگی، پیش از همه‌گیری، مهم‌ترین علت اصلی گزارش‌شده طلاق بود. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت تدوین راهبردهای حمایتی خانواده‌محور برای پرستاران در شرایط بحران‌های بزرگ سلامت، از جمله حمایت اقتصادی، ارائه خدمات سلامت روان، مدیریت مناسب حجم کار و اتخاذ تدابیری برای تقویت تعادل بین کار و زندگی خانوادگی تأکید می‌کنند.   Background and Aim: Divorce is a multifactorial phenomenon shaped by the interaction of economic, psychological, interpersonal, and family-related factors. Nurses may be particularly vulnerable to work–family conflict because of irregular shifts, long working hours, and continuous exposure to occupational stress. The COVID-19 pandemic further intensified the occupational, psychological, and economic pressures experienced by this group. This study aims to compare the timing and reported causes of divorce among nurses before and after the onset of COVID-19 pandemic. Materials and Methods: This descriptive, comparative study was conducted among 128 divorced nurses working in 13 selected hospitals of Tehran, Iran. The hospitals were selected using stratified random sampling. Demographic and occupational characteristics as well as reported causes of divorce were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS software version 26. The two study groups were compared with respect to selected factors associated with divorce. Results: Among the 128 divorced nurses, 43.0% had experienced divorce before the pandemic, whereas 57.0% had experienced divorce after its onset. Before the pandemic, spousal neglect of family life was the most frequently reported primary cause of divorce (41.8%), whereas financial problems ranked first after the onset of pandemic (53.4%). Dissatisfaction with sexual relationships increased from 58.6% before the pandemic to 82.0% after its onset (p = .002). The nurses reporting economic factors also increased from 82.0% to 94.5% (p = .003). Verbal violence perpetrated by spouses was reported by 37.5% of the nurses before the pandemic compared to 37.0% after its onset (p = .008).<s></s> Conclusion: Among the nurses included in this study, the pattern of reported causes of divorce differed between the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic periods. Economic factors and dissatisfaction with sexual relationships became more prominent after the onset of pandemic, whereas spousal neglect of family life was the leading reported primary cause of divorce before the pandemic. The findings highlight the need for family-centered support strategies for nurses during major health emergencies, including economic support, mental health services, appropriate workload management, and measures to promote work–family balance.   پرستاران, طلاق, کووید-۱۹, روابط زناشویی, تعارض کار و خانواده, سلامت روان.
