en بررسی افکار خودکشی در دانشجویان پرستاری و فوریت های پزشکی: شیوع و عوامل موثر Suicide Ideation in Nursing and Emergency medical Students: Prevalence and Contributing Factors تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: دانشجویان پرستاری و فوریت‌های پزشکی با استرس تحصیلی قابل توجهی مواجه هستند که ممکن است خطر افکار خودکشی را افزایش دهد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوع افکار خودکشی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در بین دانشجویان پرستاری و فوریت‌های پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی به صورت سرشماری بر روی ۳۴۸ دانشجوی پرستاری و فوریت‌های پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در ایران در سال 1403 انجام و برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و آزمون‌های استنباطی (من-ویتنی، کروسکال-والیس) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و از رگرسیون خطی چندگانه برای بررسی روابط متغیرها استفاده شد. یافته ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که 8/82% از شرکت‌کنندگان خطرِ کم افکار خودکشی، 9/14% خطر متوسط و3/2% خطر بالا داشتند. میانگین نمرات افکار خودکشی در بین رشته مقاطع تحصیلی متفاوت بود، به طوری که بالاترین میزان در مقطع کارشناسی فوریت‌های پزشکی پیوسته (6/3 ± 52/6) و کمترین میزان در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری (8/1 ± 57/3) بود. بیش از 30%  شرکت کنندگان مصرف دخانیات و 3/2% آنها سوءمصرف مواد مخدر را گزارش کردند که هر دو به طور قابل توجهی با نمرات افکار خودکشی بالاتر مرتبط بودند (001/0>P). متغیر های وضعیت تأهل، جنسیت و سال تحصیلی ارتباط معنی‌داری با نمرات افکار خودکشی نداشتند. مدل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه، 1/36% از واریانس شدت افکار خودکشی را با متغییر های پیش بینی کننده سابقه افکار خودکشی، مصرف دخانیات/مواد، سابقه اختلالات روانی، وقایع استرس‌زای اخیر و وضعیت اقتصادی توضیح داد (361/0=R2، 001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: سابقه سوءمصرف مواد، سابقه اختلالات روانی، استرس اخیر، وضعیت اقتصادی ضعیف و ساختار خانواده تک‌والدی به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر افکار خودکشی مورد تأکید قرار گرفتند. یک برنامه پیشگیری مؤثر در دانشگاه باید مبتنی بر حمایت‌های ترکیبی روانشناختی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی باشد.   <a name="_Hlk203849636">Background and Aim</a>: Nursing and emergency medical students face significant academic stress that may increase the risk of Suicide Ideation (SI). This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of SI and its contributing factors among nursing and emergency medical students at Alborz University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted as a census on 348 nursing and emergency medical students at Alborz University of Medical Sciences, Iran in 2024, utilized a demographic questionnaire and the Beck scale for suicidal ideation (BSSI). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential tests (Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis), with multiple linear regression employed to examine variable relationships. Results: The study found that 82.8% of participants had low risk for SI (SI), 14.9% had moderate risk, and 2.3% had high risk. Mean SI scores varied across academic programs, with the highest in continuous emergency medical technician bachelor's (3.6 ± 6.52) and lowest in nursing master's (1.8 ± 3.57). Over 30% reported tobacco use and 2.3% reported drug abuse, both significantly associated with higher SI scores (P<0.001). Marital status, gender, and year of study did not show significant associations with SI scores. A multiple linear regression model explained 36.1% of the variance in SI severity (R² = 0.361, P < 0.001), with history of SI, tobacco/substance use, mental disorders, recent stressful events, and economic status being significant predictors. Conclusion: History of substance abuse, history of mental disorders, recent stress, poor economic status, and single-parent family structure were emphasized as factors influencing SI. An effective university-based prevention program should be based on combined psychological, social, and economic supports.   افکار خودکشی, پرستاری, فوریت های پژشکی, دانشجویان.
