en بررسی رابطه بین به‌کارگیری اصول ایمنی بیمار ب صلاحیت بالینی در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه The relationship between the use of patient safety principles and clinical competence of nurses working in the intensive care units تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: رعایت اصول ایمنی بیمار با وجود آموزش های زیاد، هنوز یکی از چالش های مهم مراقبتی است. با توجه به اهمیت صلاحیت بالینی در پیش بینی کیفیت مراقبت های پرستاری، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین صلاحیت بالینی با به‌کارگیری اصول ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی بود که بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی تهران در بازه زمانی بین اردیبهشت تا مرداد ماه سال 1402 انجام شد. 200 پرستار واجد شرایط از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران عبادی و همکاران (1403) و به‌کارگیری اصول ایمنی بیمار(شالی و همکاران2010) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: میانگین صلاحیت بالینی کل واحد های مورد پژوهش 54/23 ± 92/173 و میانگین اصول ایمنی بیمار کل واحد های مورد پژوهش 26/33 ± 47/102 و در حد متوسط بودند. از میان حیطه های ایمنی نیز حیطه ی صدمه به بیمار با کسب نمره ی (26/0از 3) بالاترین میزان رعایت و حیطه ی ارائه مراقبت های پرستاری با کسب نمره ی (83/1 از 3) کمترین میزان رعایت را داشت. صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران (362/0=r , 001/0P<) و تمام ابعاد آن با اصول ایمنی بیمار ارتباط معنی دار داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: با افزایش صلاحیت بالینی و تمام ابعاد آن، به‌کارگیری اصول ایمنی بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بیشتر می شود. پیشنهاد می شود در کنار تمام برنامه های آموزشی و مداخله ای برای ارتقای رعایت ایمنی بیمار می توان به صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران نیز توجه نمود و هم در استخدام پرستاران برای بخش های ویژه باید افراد با صلاحیت بالا را انتخاب نمود و هم در برنامه ریزی ها باید از مداخلات ارتقا دهنده ی صلاحیت بالینی استفاده نمود. Introduction: Adherence to patient safety principles, despite extensive training, is still one of the major challenges of care. Considering the importance of clinical competence in predicting the quality of nursing care, the present study was conducted to determine the relationship between clinical competence and the application of patient safety principles among nurses working in intensive care units (ICU’s). Materials and Methods: This is descriptive and correlational study that was conducted between April and June 2023 on nurses working in the ICU’s of selected hospitals affiliated with Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran. A total of 200 nurses were selected by convenience sampling method. Data collection tools included a demographic information, Clinical Competency Questionnaire for Critical Care Nurses, Ebadi et al. (2024) and the application of patient safety principles questionnaire, Shali et al (2010). The collected data were analyzed by SPSS-22 software using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The mean score of clinical competence of nurses was 173.92 ± 23.54 and the mean score of patient safety principles was 102.47 ± 33.26, which were at moderate level. Among the patient safety principles, the principle of patient harm received the highest score (0.26 out of 3) and conversely, the principle of nursing care delivery received the lowest score (1.83 out of 3). Clinical competency of nurses (r=0.362, p<0.001) and all its dimensions were significantly correlated to patient safety principles. Conclusion: With increasing clinical competency and all its dimensions, the use of patient safety principles increases in nurses working in ICU’s. It is suggested that, in addition to all educational and intervention programs to promote patient safety, attention should also be paid to the clinical competence of nurses. Highly qualified individuals should be selected when recruiting nurses for ICU’s, and interventions that promote clinical competence should be used in plannings.   صلاحیت بالینی, ایمنی بیمار, پرستار, بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه .
