en سندرم موبیوس در یک پسر 14 ساله: یک گزارش موردی تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">سندرم موبیوس یک اختلال عصبی نادر است که باعث فلج عضلات صورت، بویژه عضلاتی که مسئول حالت صورت و حرکت چشمها هستند، می‌شود. علت سندرم ناشناخته است، اما تصور می‌شود عوامل ژنتیکی و محیطی در ایجاد آن نقش دارند. هدف مطالعه حاضر معرفی بیماری با تشخیص سندرم موبیوس به منظور شناخت بیشتر سندرم و آشنایی پرستاران بویژه پرستاران کودکان با این سندرم نادر می باشد. </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">از طریق شناخت، پرستاران کودکان می‌توانند</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"> نقش خود را در ارائه مراقبت، آموزش و حمایت از بیماران مبتلا بطور مطلوبی ایفا نمانید. بیمار پسر 14 ساله، حاصل ازدواج غیرفامیلی و زایمان طبیعی ترم بدون عارضه است. در زمان تولد دارای صورت ماسکه بود و توانایی مکیدن پستان مادر را نداشت. سیالوره داشت. محدودیت حرکت ابداکشن و ادداکشن چشم‌ها وجود داشت که منجر به استرابیسم شده بود. تشخیص قطعی در 4 ماهگی داده شد. از آنجاکه درمان قطعی برای سندرم موبیوس وجود ندارد، شناخت این سندرم نادر و ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ ﻭ ﺩﺭﻣﺎﻥ حمایتی و علامتی به ﻣﻮﻗﻊ می تواند ﺍﺯ ایجاد ﻋﻮﺍﺭﺽ شدید پیشگیری نماید. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Moebius syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that causes paralysis of facial muscles, especially those responsible for facial expression and eye movement. The cause of this syndrome is unknown, but genetic and environmental factors are thought to play a role in this regard. The aim of present study is to report a case of Moebius syndrome in a 14-yers-old boy in order to better understand the syndrome and familiarize nurses, especially pediatric nurses, with this rare syndrome. This would help pediatric nurses to provide better care, education and support to affected patients. The patient studied in this report was a 14-year-old boy, who was the result of an unrelated marriage and a natural term delivery without complications. At birth, he had a masked face and was unable to suckle at his mother&#39;s breast. He also had sialorrhea and a limited abduction and adduction of the eyes, which led to strabismus. The definitive diagnosis was made at 4 months of age.
