چالش‌های مراقبت در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید: یک مرور یکپارچه

زمینه و هدف: شیوع روزافزون اختلالات روانی شدید و پیچیدگی مدیریت و درمان آن‌ها، بار روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی قابل توجهی را بر جوامع تحمیل کرده است؛ در نتیجه سازمان‌های بهداشت و درمان برای مراقبت از این بیماران با چالش‌های متعددی رو به رو هستند. شناسایی این چالش‌ها می‌تواند به افزایش کیفیت خدمات سلامت کمک کند بنابراین، هدف این مرور یکپارچه شناسایی چالش‌های مراقبت در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مرور یکپارچه مقالات منتشر شده بین سال‌های 2000 تا 2022  مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای جستجوی مقالات از کلیدواژه‌هایی مانند بیماری شدید روانی، اختلالات روانی شدید، اختلالات روانی، عود، چالش‌ها، موانع و مراقبت در پایگاه‌های معتبر فارسی و بین المللی از جمله PubMed، Science Direct، Web of Science، Scopus، IranDoc، CINAHL، IranMedex، MagIran، SID و Google Scholar استفاده شد.  در مجموع، 106 مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی که با اهداف پژوهش همسو بودند با استفاده از رویکرد بروم مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادکه چالش‌های مراقبت در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید شامل بار مراقبت، انگ و انزوای اجتماعی، پیچیدگی در تشخیص، درمان و مدیریت بیماری، ضعف در پاسخ‌دهی نظام سلامت و حمایت روانی اجتماعی محدود است.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مرور یکپارچه چالش‌های چندوجهی مراقبت در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات روانی شدید را برجسته می‌کند. پرداختن به این چالش ها نیازمند تلاش هماهنگ ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های سلامت، سیاست‌گذاران و جامعه است تا بتوان نتایج مراقبت را برای مبتلا یان به اختلالات روانی شدید بهبود بخشید.  بنابراین برای کاهش این چالش‌ها،  تضمین مدیریت و حمایت مؤثر از این بیماران در نظر گرفتن استراتژی‌های جامع که بر افزایش پاسخگویی نظام سلامت، کاهش انگ، و ارائه ساختارهای حمایتی تمرکز کنند، بسیار حائز اهمیت است.
